Ascent Match Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ascent Match mobile game and related services (the “Service”) provided by 투빅뱅스 (the “Company”).
Article 1 (Terms and Amendments)
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Company may amend these Terms as permitted by law. If the Company amends the Terms, it will post the amended Terms, the reason for the amendment, and the effective date at www.2bigbangs.com at least seven days before the effective date. Material or user-adverse changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and separate consent will be obtained where required.
If you do not agree to an amendment, you may stop using the Service.
Article 2 (Service)
The Service includes the game, game-progress storage and synchronization.
The Service is available without registration or login.
The Service is free and does not offer in-app purchases or paid content.
The Company may temporarily restrict or suspend the Service for maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Article 4 (Game Data and Personal Information)
Game progress may not be restored, or may be partially lost, because of device resets or replacement, network failures, changes to operating systems or app marketplaces, user actions, third-party system failures, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
The collection, use, retention, deletion, third-party provision, and processing by third parties of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (User Conduct)
If the Company reasonably determines that you have violated this Article, it may take available measures proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation, including:
(a) issuing a warning or requesting that you cease or remedy the violation;
(b) declining support, restoration, or other assistance directly related to the violation;
(c) reporting the conduct to the applicable platform operator, service provider, or competent authority and requesting appropriate action;
(d) terminating this Agreement or the license granted to you, where permitted by applicable law; or
(e) pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
The Company will notify you of the reasons and measures taken, unless immediate action or delayed notice is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, prevent harm, comply with applicable law, or preserve an investigation. Where practicable, you may submit an objection.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All rights in the game, software, graphics, music, text, trademarks, and other Service content belong to the Company or the applicable rights holder. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it without the Company’s prior written consent.
You may create, post, and share gameplay videos or screenshots. Rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for Service failures caused by natural disasters, war, government action, interruption of telecommunications or power supply, third-party service disruptions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
The Company is not liable for Service disruptions or loss of game data caused by your device, network environment, or actions attributable to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits the Company’s liability for its willful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Article 8 (Age Requirement)
The Service is intended for users aged 4 and older.
Article 9 (Termination and Disputes)
If the Company terminates the Service, it will post the termination date and reason at www.2bigbangs.com at least a reasonable period in advance.
You may uninstall the app or stop using the Service at any time. Personal-information deletion requests will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
