Android Privacy Policy

투빅뱅스 (2BigBangs, the “Company”) respects your privacy when you use Ascent Match (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy describes how the Company handles personal information.

1. Information Collected

The Game does not require an in-game account. The Company retains only your email address and information you provide by email. The services below may process other data:

  • Google Play Games Services (Saved Games) data: game progress stored on Google's servers when cloud saving is used.

  • Google Play Console reports: app usage statistics and diagnostic reports made available to the Company through Google Play Console. Android vitals data comes from you who have chosen to share usage and diagnostics information with Google.

  • Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect IP addresses, device or app identifiers, information about advertisements shown and your interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. The specific data collected depends on device settings, your choices, and SDK configuration.

If you contact the Company by email, the Company collects your email address, the content of your inquiry, and any other information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request.

2. How the Company Uses Information

Google Play Games Services stores, syncs, and restores game progress. The Company uses Google Play Console reports to improve the Game and email inquiries to respond to you and meet legal obligations.

Google AdMob uses the advertising data described in Section 1 to display and measure advertisements, analyze performance, and prevent fraud.

3. Retention

  • Email inquiry data: for 1 year after the inquiry is resolved.

  • Saved games data: game progress stored in your Google Play Games account is managed by you. The Company cannot delete it on your behalf.

  • AdMob advertising data: Google retains or deletes this data according to its retention policies, which vary by data type and purpose.

The Company deletes email inquiry data at the end of the stated retention period, unless longer retention is required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

The Company uses the following third-party services in connection with the Game:

  • Google Play Games Services (Saved Games): enables the Game to store, synchronize, and restore game progress on Google's servers when cloud saving is used.

  • Google (Play Console statistics and Android vitals): provides app statistics and diagnostic reports.

  • Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): displays and measures interstitial advertisements and processes advertising data for analytics and fraud prevention.

5. Cross-Border Transfers

The Company uses Google Play Games Services (Saved Games) to store, synchronize, and restore game progress data. Personal information may therefore be processed or stored outside the Republic of Korea.

  • Country or Region: United States (location of Google LLC) and other countries where Google may process data]

  • Timing and Method: when you use cloud saving, through a network connection.

  • Data Transferred: game progress data and records necessary for synchronization and restoration.

  • Purpose: storage, synchronization, and restoration of game progress data

  • Retention: the saved-game data is managed in your Google Play Games account.

  • Transfer Refusal: You may refuse by not using or signing out of Play Games through the settings provided by Google. The Game will remain playable, but cloud saving, synchronization, and restoration will be unavailable.

6. Children

If the Company becomes aware that an email inquiry contains personal information of a child under 14, it will review the information and take appropriate steps under applicable law, including deletion where required.

7. Security

The Company stores email inquiries in its email account. Access is limited to those responsible for responding to inquiries, and the account is protected by two-factor authentication.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy when laws, services, or data processing practices change. Material changes will be posted at www.2bigbangs.com

9. Privacy Requests

The Game has no in-game deletion feature. To manage or delete data for this Game in your Google Play Games account, use the options provided by Google. To request deletion of emails you sent us, email us at the address below.
